Following the tragic passing of our dear friend and former CEO, Declan Flynn, Bench Outreach has appointed me, Belinda Wallace, as the new CEO. Having been with Bench for 12 years and working closely with Declan throughout this time, I deeply feel the weight of this transition. While the circumstances are undoubtedly challenging, losing a friend and mentor, I am committed to continuing the exceptional leadership and mission that Declan established for Bench Outreach.
2024 has already marked a period of significant change for our organization. Despite these shifts, our dedication to building people and providing empathetic services remains unwavering. Our focus continues to be on supporting those at the heart of our community, addressing their unique needs with compassion and effectiveness.
